Peter Cottontail is in line to become the next Easter Bunny. However, he must first prove himself with a challenge by teaching a human what the Easter spirit truly is. Not just any human though. This one is chosen especially for Peter by the current Easter Bunny and she will prove to be more of a challenge than Peter bargained for.

Bunny O’Hara, haunted by a dark past not of her making, is not a fan of Easter. It goes far beyond her dreaded name and the inevitable jokes that stem from it, especially around the Easter holiday.

When Peter and Bunny get together, sparks fly and it soon becomes clear that this challenge will have a more meaningful outcome than merely determining the next Easter Bunny.

As a lover of the true alpha male and werewolf/shapeshifter novels, I was skeptical of a hero that changed in to a bunny. Let me be the first to tell you, Peter Cottontail is HOT!  He’s sexy, has a heart of gold, and a good sense of humor. In a nutshell, he is an excellent hero.

I’m happy to say this was a fast, enjoyable read. Although I think “Love” may have entered the mix a bit (don’t think I didn’t want to say hair) too soon, Ms. England did a good job of building the romance.

I’ve already described Peter. Let’s move on to Bunny O’Hara. She’s beautiful and has a good sense of humor despite her dislike of her name and the dark cloud hanging over her. She is strong and can take care of herself. I like this in a heroine.  Peter and Bunny suit each other well.

As for CJ England’s writing, I enjoyed her humor and the story was well paced with a good balance of dialogue, action, and romance. Oh, and let’s not forget excellent steamy scenes.  Peter brings new meaning to “doing it like rabbits.”

This is a story I can recommend.
