TJ Maguire, a feisty red head, was not prepared when she ran into and literally knocked over the man of her dreams Hank Beltane. Brushing herself off hastily and extricating herself from a jumble of arms and legs, she took in his enormous build and other pleasing endowments before rushing to her trailer. She was in charge of the enormous task of organizing the upcoming Mission Viejo Rodeo Days event. Sparks began to fly when Hank’s massive presence filled up TJ’s trailer. She was distracted by his rugged good looks until he begin to demand that T J retract a disqualification letter that she had sent him; which prevented him from competing in the barrel race event. Tessa Jean’s temper flared and they clashed in an inevitable battle of wills. Not to be easily defeated Hank decided to glue himself to Tessa Jean in an attempt to wear her down and woo the opposition. This book was a sheer delight to read. The characters were real, down to earth, and exploding with humor and attitude. The sexual encounters were romantic, steamy, and provocative. I laughed, cried, raged and cheered as I was swept along for the ride. This book has it all, humor, sizzling sex, biting sarcasm, romance, surprising plot developments and an ending to die for.
