Living Adventures from the Bible: Volume 2 is a one hour audio book containing four stories from the Bible: The Lost Sheep; Ester, The Heroic Queen; Daniel in the Lion’s Den; and The Fiery Furnace.

Unlike the first volume in this series, the four stories in this series are not fairly evenly distributed. In fact, Ester, The Heroic Queen and Daniel in the Lion’s Den both include several chapters taking up most of the CD. Moreover, unlike the first volume which focused on religious tolerance these stories tend to have a slightly more religious tone, particularly in regards to Judaism versus so called Pagan Beliefs of the Babylonians. These aspects make this volume better for slightly older children who have a bit more ability to focus for longer periods of time and who can discuss some of the more strongly religious portions of the stories.
