This book is a must have for anyone who is waging a war and battling weight loss. The authors uncover many hidden factors that hinder people from losing weight permanently and keeping it off. What makes this book so different from any other is that the author explores many of the pitfalls that plague dieters that keep them rebounding. He offers solutions to rule out any medical or glandular problems that might be sabotaging a person’s best efforts to lose weight. He goes to the root of the problem and offers realistic approaches, advice and tips to help keep patients motivated, and away from plateaus that sap your willpower and enthusiasm. At the end of the book he offers two Mega Weight loss plans that consist of 1,000 calories per day. The second plan is geared specifically for people who suffer from Candida Albicans infections who cannot have refined or fruit sugars. I think this book can offer answers that are largely overlooked by most doctors today. It takes a holistic approach to the individual’s struggle with weight loss and looks at more than fat grams, calories, and exercise.
