This kit contains a book on how to use the cards, a card deck of foods and portions, and a two-sided wallet. This wallet has a deck of cards that are based upon healthy portions and food choices that you eat everyday. It also includes cards for many common fast food restaurants. Before you start your day, deal out the portions of cards for healthy balanced meals from each food group for that day. As you go about your day, every time you eat, you move the cards with the correct portions and type of food that you have eaten to the eaten side of the wallet. At the end of the day you simply have to count the calorie counts already calculated for you at the top of the cards to get a total for that day’s calories.
