The House of Rose Book II is a sequel to Glass Souls. This book is intense, riveting, full of intrigue; plot twists, history, and romance. I really recommend that you read the first book Glass Souls before embarking upon this book. The characters reincarnate and become different sexes, which is hard to follow unless you read the first book. The book begins with Dominic searching for the soul of his beloved Honoria that he has loved for many lifetimes, which has reincarnated as a male named Michael. Michael has become a respected Templar Administrator. Dominic journeys to Ypres and kidnaps Michael, then transforms him into a vampire protector so that he will recover all of his past life memories. The transformation does not go as well as planned and Michael needs to be healed, Cecilia tampers with the memories trying to retain her control as the most powerful vampire. Dominic struggles to protect Michael during the Transformation from Cecilia and her devious plans. Michael struggles to regain his memories and hold onto his sanity. His recent past life as Honoria is extremely powerful, and she wishes desperately to reunite with Dominic, even though in this incarnation they are both males. This book is deep, fascinating, and spell binding. I cannot wait for the next book in the series.
