In Midnights with the Mystic, Cheryl Simone shares her spiritual journey. As a young child, a classmate died which led Cheryl to ask questions about mortality. As a college student she, like many others, tried to expand her mind using LSD. While she had some intriguing experiences, she only saw death in that path. So for years, she looked for the “right” way to reach enlightenment but had little success.

As they say, when you are ready the teacher will show himself. This is what happened with Cheryl. When she finally stopped trying so hard and was willing to be still, she was handed an opportunity to speak to Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev.
