If you are an avid Elizabeth Lowell reader you will find that she does not disappoint with Blue Smoke and Murder. She brings together a humorous well chosen group of Characters.  That keeps you turning pages wondering who’s going to catch on, or who is going to out do the others. Keep you guessing never revealing too much, keeping you hooked chapter to chapter, letting you guess and then proving that it was someone else entirely. Elizabeth has the skill to keep the plot moving, never missing a beat. She’s fast becoming a new favorite author. This is the first book of hers that I have read, so I will be reading the others as I get the chance. I can’t wait to see if she follows this one up with another using the same characters and such. So like I said if you are an avid reader of Elizabeth’s novels you will find this one just as great as the ones prior to it.
