Have you ever just needed a smile? Know that you are not alone in your thoughts of getting older? Well I have the book for you, Titled Hot and bothered by it by Phyllis Johnson. In this book Phyllis rhymes different phrases that will make you smile. Each one different from the last, each making you smile just the same. I have to say the starting poem is my favorite. I might not be the age group she is aiming towards but just the same I understand and find some of it humorous. I also know that someday I will be that age to, and having this book to read will bring the laughs needed. I would also recommend this book to anyone who is having a hard time accepting getting older. I think that they would also get a kick out of the starting page “I have pantyhose older then her”. I know that is my favorite along with the poem after it.
