Have you ever wondered what’s the reason behind some of the government’s actions? In Sins of a Nation it leaves you curious as to who’s behind it in the beginning. Then he leads you on the chase to find out the truth before her career falls with the senators. Don spins his own ideas of what is going on in capital hill or in a race for votes. He captures the thoughts and feeling of people on the senator McCord’s team. He shows you how bad the competition can get for just a few votes. How some teams want to save the smear campaigns as a last resort not for first shot? Don shows you that the web you weave can come back and haunt you if you haven’t been totally honest. That keeping secrets isn’t always the best way to go. Sometime that the world can be a very small place, and you may have met someone that you didn’t even realize till something happened.
So if you enjoy the play of politics then this is a great book for you to read. I have to say I got a kick out of Kinnard, Janelle’s soul-mate/best friend. He has a style all his own, and stands for what is good.
