Fiction, Short Stories

There are 16 short stories under the sub-sections of stationary, movement, and realization. In the first story a person walks into the bedroom of someone they know with a flashlight—assuming the person is asleep, describes in great detail a murder scene (long knife in stomach)—then exits the room, saying maybe the person is actually sleeping.
Story 2 was a break-up of relationship narrated by the wind-up alarm clocks of the two parties involved—the clocks were also emotionally involved with each other (an improvement over the story before and after it.
Some of these remind me of the type stories from 'Outer Limits'-minus any readily available moral, intent, etc. Odd Pursuits is a good choice of titles, although its description gives it too much credit. Odd, weird, bizarre, yes—quality of search, balance between ambition and findings—not found by this reader.
