In this book, alum Bruce Kesselman documents the history of his beloved fraternity Alpha Epsilon Pi at Rutgers University. As one of the oldest Jewish fraternities, he brings to life the exciting experience and life changing moments that being part of AEP brought to his life. Interviewing thousands of brothers, alums, and various parties who observed the magic taking place on campus, Mr. Kesselman will lead you to the special world of fraternity brotherhood. A comprehensive text on such integral parts of fraternity life as the history, house, pledges, sports, events, alumni, campus, and songs, this book will answer any questions you have ever had about Greek life.
First off Bruce Kesselman must be applauded for the extensive work and research he has compiled to bring this intriguing book to life. Written from the aspect of someone who clearly loved his fraternity experience, I found this to be an entertaining yet educational book on a topic that is all too often criticized in today’s press. As a result, I find it
refreshing to read something that focuses on the positive aspects of Greek life and find him to be successful in his goal to provide a vivid and realistic account of Greek life from 1956 to present time at Rutgers University.
