Ada Ross has been happily married for eight years but the last few weeks have been trying. Her husband, Terrence, has just got a new job at Dillon University and he seems completely stressed out. The man hardly has time to kiss her anymore and he is never far from his laptop and cell phone.
It is at this point, that Ada starts to wonder if her husband is stressed or if he’s seeing someone on the side. His stories just never seem to add up. Half the time, even he can’t keep the lies straight.
Ada finally decides to confront her husband. When she arrives at his office, her worst fears seem confirmed. Her husband isn’t in his office but there is an email on his computer from a woman named Josephine.
Legion 2: Adult Education grabs the reader’s attention from the start. Immediately, we all think the worst of Terrence. He must be a cheating no good man and we get ready to be with Ada as she confronts the dog. Then, suddenly we are taken aback. Terrence winds up dead, supposedly of natural causes. The police investigation ends before it even starts and we are left as confused as Ada. Our journey doesn’t end there though. A year later, another strange death occurs and look whose back in the picture, Josephine.
