There simply isn’t enough time in the day. This is especially true when it comes to cleaning the house. The moment one pile of clutter is cleaned up another one seems to magically take its place. Who has the time and the energy to stay on top of it all?
500+ Time-Saving Hints for Every Woman examines a wide range of common time consumers. The book starts off with probably the worst of all time gobblers, house cleaning. Evidentially, clutter is the real enemy and organization is the solution. However, madly concentrating on one mess after another is not the answer. It is much easier to consistently work for 15 minutes each day to reduce the mess. I particularly liked the author’s one minute job file filled with tasks that can be completed whenever you have a spare minute.
Much of the rest of the book focuses on making better use of your time so that you can do the important things like connect with your family and read scripture. Topics in these sections include keeping storage areas organized, being prepared for taxes, and keeping on top of your families activities.
